{"id":168,"date":"2009-06-13T15:04:03","date_gmt":"2009-06-13T22:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.205.130\/?p=168"},"modified":"2009-08-05T15:04:56","modified_gmt":"2009-08-05T22:04:56","slug":"two-weeks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lewismoon.com\/?p=168","title":{"rendered":"Two Weeks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sharon posted the following entry on her blog on June 13, 2009.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/aseekingspirit.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/06\/last-snapshot-of-lewis-5-24-2009.jpg?w=300&amp;h=225\" alt=\"last snapshot of lewis 5-24-2009\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.4;\">Some of you know that my husband died on May 25.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.4;\">I am reeling from the reality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.4;\">The Vulnerable Bede\u00a0once compared a faithless life\u00a0to a sparrow flying through a banquet hall in winter, where \u201cthe fire is burning on the hearth in the middle of the hall and all inside is warm, while outside the wintry storms of rain and snow are raging.\u201d \u201cThe sparrow flies swiftly though the hall.\u00a0 It enters in at one door and quickly flies out through the other and (so) this life of man appears but for a moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.4;\">When your life\u2019s love is taken in a moment from your life, one can appreciate an image of momentary warmth and shelter evaporating into the night<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.4;\">The other side of the veil is a great mystery\u2026and we\u00a0must face its unknowns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sharon posted the following entry on her blog on June 13, 2009.
